so you're really gonna have to think of these more as a crepe rather than a pancake (unless you use the casein version or a higher carb version). these are great at breakfast or handy snack. we keep a stack in the fridge for such occasions. there's a lot of variety to this recipe, so you'll need to adjust caloric content accordingly.
basic recipe:
1.5 scoop whey protein
2 egg whites
small amount of water
mix well and pour into small skillet on medium-high heat. cook one side and then flip, most importantly, undercook the other side, or your pancake might as well be made of dirt!!
modifications (use only one):
1 scoop of casein protein (this made the best i've ever had!!)
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 bananna
