My boyfriend's favorite protein pancakes...

yeild: 2 medium pancakes

1 scoop whey protein (reccomended, chocolate)
1 scoop caesin protein
1 egg
enough water to bring to pancake batter consistency

1. spray frying pan with cooking spray and prep with medium high heat.
2. mix batter and pour half into pan, it will spread a bit.
3. cook until bubbles almost form, then flip.
4. err on the side of under-cooking because it takes only a few seconds to cook once flipped
